my room had a walk-in shower, and i appreciated its power. the tv offered a wide range of stations. the hotel is easily accessible from the motorway and has plenty of on-site parking.
I ordered dinner. it was tasteless, so i didn't finish it. i ordered dessert and it was a frozen waffle. The ice cream didn't even melt. i asked to speak to the manager, but a male behind the main reception threw a card towards me and wouldn't give his name.

the staff gave us an alternative room upon our early arrival.. it was a mobility room. this worked perfectly for us, as we needed a few hours of sleep after our early flight. the food was generally good and the rooms were clean. the staff were helpful overall.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the service in the restaurant was quite slow (i waited a long time for my order). the quality of the food wasn't great. The gravy tasted off, and i felt a bit unwell afterward. i think they need to improve the food quality, gravy taste.
